Delta PPSA was invited to participate in an Operation Purple Camp in Hunt, Texas at the YMCA Flaming Arrow Camp in early July 2016. Operation Purple Camps offer military kids a free week in camp where they can connect with other kids just like them!
Four teams responded, and as the campers arrived, we were there to help them through the registration process and saying goodbye to their families. Our dogs were a big hit, and we considered it an honor to be able to perform this service for these special children!
